TV viewers across Canada were first introduced to Roxy Earle’s bold, fabulous, and life-of-the-party personality in the first season of “Real Housewives of Toronto” on Slice TV while ET Canada declared Roxy the “breakout star” of the show. “RHOT” has given Roxy an amazing platform for launching her diversified brand Luxurious Roxy Inc. built around the dream of making women feel confident and happy in the skin they’re in. As if that wasn’t already an amazing story to tell, Roxy also has an eye for interior design and has been working on recent renovation projects in her new beautiful space and we are so excited to be a part of it.

Roxy is so excited about her new commercial loft space. “When you think of loft space, the go to reno seems to be assuming, always super modern. I wanted to do something entirely different with a fresh perspective,” says Earle. Also mentions that she is inspired by Provence, France.

Her Kitchen is the main focus of the space. Being such a unique bright space Roxy was able to create a dark, black, kitchen. This space is so special to her with the entire view of the city and skyline outside of the window. This loft sounds like a dream. Jack Creasy was able to bring Roxy’s vision to life. With beautiful textures of Brass and Mesh and the focal of the kitchen being her gorgeous Faucet from Cesario and Co that brings the room to life and a bit of an industrial vibe. The kitchen was quite literally designed around it. Roxy talks about how when initially speaking of the renovation in the kitchen  a big tall gold faucet was exactly what she wanted to help balance out the vibe of the space. The stone is also a huge centre point of the kitchen as Roxy chats about her love affair with marble, especially rare marbles like onyx. All of the stone that’s in the space is natural, nothing shiny.

The entire loft was stripped down into a literal concrete box. She has built and designed the space from the ground up with help from Bloomsbury Kitchen & Fine Cabinetry, and Jack Creasy. Roxy was the creative director behind this blank space. She envisioned what she would love and in her words “Did exactly that”. With that being said Roxy made it clear that she did this while honouring the raw materials in the original space. As it is an industrial loft, respecting the foundation was imperative for flow of feel and vibe in the loft. For instance they picked the stone specifically to be matte as shiny and glossy marbles would not marry well with raw concrete floors. She made calculated decisions ensuring the authenticity of the original footprint.

Moving onto the powder room. “Instagram is a big part of my life,” says Earle. All of her design inspiration comes from travel. For the bathroom space Roxy took inspiration from a private club in England with bright pink walls, butterflies throughout it, and a glamorous feel. The powder room is a small little space that she wanted to turn into an unexpected twist, kind of like a  jewel box. The rest of the space isn’t feminine so she wanted this space to be exactly that, a wild card and an instagramable moment for her future guests.

Gold hammered sinks and faucets from Cesario & Co are going to help in creating the vision for the decadent space. Although the space is small there’s 12 foot ceilings that make it feel open and special. Roxy plans to play on the height of this jewel box.

As someone who has called both London and Los Angeles home, everything about living in Toronto, specifically Yorkville is both different and exciting to her.

Other incredibly talented individuals who are helping bring Roxy’s loft renovation and vision to life are Bloomsbury Kitchen & Fine Cabinetry and Jack Creasy. In addition, Roxy’s good friend and acclaimed designer Ali Budd was a great sounding board for her ideas.

Roxy is more than excited to see the space completed. Stay tuned for the finish project to be revealed via social media.
